Welcome to The Celiac Sinner’s page. I have created this community from my blog so that we could have open conversation about being a Celiac. I had known I was gluten intolerant for years and had many other ailments. Finally, my Doctor texted me for Celiac’s (blood tests) and I then saw a gastroenterologist to confirm. Having a diagnosis FINALLY that explained so much (perhaps things that were misdiagnosed) was a huge burden lifted away. Until I realized it was more than just gluten and more than just staying away from breads and cookies and cakes. Suddenly, I discovered I couldn’t have the same healthy protein shakes, eat at normal restaurants, or participate in potlucks. And worse, I felt weak and frustrated by the social situations that would provoke my willpower and discipline. I started giving in and paying the consequences every time. I realized, its time to do more about this and have a support group of people who will allow me to express my frustrations.
Please feel free to let me know what you’d like to see more of on my website (blog) as well!!
