Understanding Grief – Bereavement Workshop

Grief affects everyone differently. Our Understanding Grief workshop offers a supportive space to learn more about the grieving process, understand your emotions and explore practical ways of coping with loss.

Delivered by experienced counsellors, this four-week workshop combines professional guidance with the opportunity to talk and connect with others who are experiencing grief.

📅 Every Thursday for 4 weeks, starting 1 October 2026
🕕 6pm–7pm
📍 Healthbox CIC, Unit 6, Venture Point, Stanney Mill Lane, Chester, CH2 4NE

Who can attend?
• Anyone aged 18+

Last week, Simon, Laura and Laura met with Tim Welch, Chief Executive at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust!

Most importantly, the discussion wasn’t just about what we can do now, but about building a strong, long-term partnership and identifying opportunities to collaborate well into the future.
