I thoroughly enjoyed Sharath’s Led Primary class at the Police Athletic League in Harlem today. Congrats to Michael Guiou and crew for pulling of this great event! This is the bobble head version of me and Sharath!

Really enjoyed co-teaching the workshop at Pure/Equinox w Jamie Bonelli and Evan Perry…we make a great team! I hope everyone learned something, and that we can do it again in Jan! Our chai and chat reminded me of the great sense of community amongst ashtangis in Mysore. Post practice upma was my go to…I can even do it here on the UWS!
