*** COVID-19 UPDATE ***

Here's what we're doing...

During these times of the Coronavirus outbreak, we are implementing practices to help protect our clients coming to our office. These include:

-Some windows will be open to allow for ventilation.
-Hand sanitizer will be used by us and available to clients.
-Table surface will be wiped with a cleaning wipe before each session.
-We'll try to maintain a physical distance during sessions.
-Air hugs 🤗 and elbow rubs.

For those of you who currently visit the office for sessions but, would like to make arrangements to stay home, we also offer Telehealth video chat which is easily available via your Practice Better portal. Phone call sessions can also be arranged. Any documents, such as recipes, recommendations, handouts, etc., will be made available in your portal, as usual.

We want to help minimize the potential of spreading of the virus, while still helping our clients.

Please let us know if you'd like to make any changes to your appointment, (preferably as soon as possible to help allow us time to make arrangements).

Volunteering with my daughters, Bree and Brittany, at the 2019 Annual Amador County Sheriff's Office Toy Drive. It was great to see how our community rallied together to help those in need!

Donating stuffed animals to the Sheriff's Dept. who keep them in their cars to comfort children. ❤️ The Buy and Sell is a drop off location for toy donations. Thank you, Kevin!

Our family won a bunch of kid's stuffed animals (playing carnival games) for our veteran dog to play with. But, when we gave her one of them, we noticed that the large tumor in her mouth prevented her from enjoying them. So, we donated the rest to the Sheriffs to give to the kids. I can't think of a better purpose!

Decide what kind of Holiday foods you’d like to have this year.  Do you have annual favorites?  Let me know what those are and we’ll work together to find healthy recipe equivalents. Example: my healthy chocolate cake is a good equivalent or alternative to cake and other treats.
