If tracking feels stressful… this might be why.

The people who struggle most with macros often aren’t overeating.

They’re the perfectionists.
The “I’ll just eat less just to be safe” people.

Somewhere along the way, hitting your numbers started to feel like the maximum you’re allowed to eat, instead of what your body actually needs to achieve your goals.

That’s when you start:
• Feeling guilty for hitting your carbs
• Feeling proud for being way under
• Judging your day by how little you ate

Macros aren’t meant to be a control tactic.
They’re meant to regulate intake so you can fuel performance, preserve muscle, and reach goals sustainably.

If you’re constantly under your targets, ask yourself:

Are you chasing results…Or just chasing the feeling of being “good”?

Look at Saturday.
Look at Sunday.

Most progress doesn’t disappear Monday–Friday. It starts disappearing on Friday night.

Do this:

✔️ Plan your weekend before it happens
✔️ Track even when it’s not ideal
✔️ Budget calories for meals out
✔️ Drop the “Eff it” mindset
