Inka Traditional Medicine Awareness Campaign
Join us today in the celebration of Inka Traditional Medicine, including the Amazonian. Our very ancient medicine was created by our ancestors and is still here. From the Amazon, men and women emigrated to the Andes and then to the Coast by the Pacific Ocean. When our ancient people moved from the hot environment to the cold environment, they knew that survival was a big challenge, and they undertook many steps in order to succeed. In our opinion, the greatest challenges were the development of outstanding farming and human healthcare skills. As you know, good food and good health status make possible a successful human life. Our Inka health maintenance, health prevention, and public health were excellent from the beginning, I hypothesized that when a human being has less technology, he or she is obligated to use more their brains. The excellent nutritional value of our Inka Amazonian food make them to be considered as medicine as well, including our precious medicinal plants, being cultivated, and highly considered by our people in the beautiful Inka Amazonian countries of Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina and Brazil. Let's continue working together as medical doctors, Traditional Medicine Doctors, and as one community as well.
