Family Forward Group Spotlight: Not Okay (And That's Okay)

Has your child or teen been feeling down, pulling away from friends or family, or struggling to enjoy the things they once loved?

Through Family Forward, we offer a variety of therapist-led youth groups designed to help children and teens build confidence, strengthen emotional wellness, and connect with peers who understand their experiences. This week, we're featuring Not Okay (And That's Okay), a therapist-led group offered in two age groups, 10-12 and 13-15, that helps participants better understand depression, develop healthy coping skills, and find support in a safe, welcoming environment.

Together, participants will learn:
-Healthier ways of thinking
-Emotional regulation skills
-Tools to manage stress and improve mood
-Healthy ways to connect with and support peers

These groups provide a safe, supportive space where youth can learn they are not alone, build practical coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward improved emotional well-being.
