“Be bendable so you don’t break” my husband reminded me a few nights ago 🦋💖🌸

My offering of yoga & fitness is adaptable to your goals. I will say my favorite yoga practice is done outside, connected to nature, and I am fortunate to meet with most of my private clients outside their home- by the pool, in the yard, porch, park, driveway etc lol we make it work!

I hope to some day share my outside space for yoga. More is coming ✨💞

These amazing humans worked so hard & it was such a blessing to watch them blossom into this practice!
