Scott’s treatment was carried out over two visits using an All-on-6 approach for both the upper and lower jaws. His treatment included 12 dental implants, temporary PMMA restorations for both jaws, sinus lift procedures, bone grafting support, a titanium frame, 24 implant supported zirconia crowns, a night guard, and masseter muscle relaxation treatment.
The final stage focused on bringing together aesthetic harmony and long term function. Using digitally assisted treatment planning and the latest dental technology, each step was shaped around Scott’s oral structure, comfort, and individual treatment needs.

At Attelia, ’s All on 6 smile transformation was planned as a two visit journey, with each stage carefully prepared to support his oral health, comfort, and long term function.

His first visit focused on creating the foundation for his new smile. This stage included 12 dental implants, 8 multi unit abutments, 2 closed sinus lift procedures, bone grafting, and a PMMA temporary prosthesis with a metal frame.

After completing the first stage, Scott returned to Attelia for the planned final phase of his treatment. During his second visit, his smile transformation was completed with 4 additional multi unit abutments, a titanium frame, 12 upper and 12 lower implant supported zirconia crowns, and a night guard as part of his care plan.
