Turning Healthy for Life Melissa Seibel - Personal Health Coach/dōTERRA IPC In the new era of health care there are Health Coaches to support and guide that change on a personal level.

Creating the space in our lives to change and adopt new habits that lead to lasting health can be overwhelming at times. I work with people who feel “stuck” in their current situation and are struggling to make the changes that they need to make to live a happy healthy life. I teach them how to look at their health and happiness as a complete picture with one affecting the other, and then I support them as they set realistic goals and make the changes that will create the reality they desire.
