There is so much science to the mental and physical benefits of mediation now, it can't be denied.
There's so many types of meditation from so many cultural backgrounds.
But it always comes back to one simple thing.
Watching the breath...

Not to say you a being a complainer if it's false!
But it's important to determine for proper treatment.
Here's a short video, if you think you have either, it's worth a trip to the GP or physio to get a better idea!
