What a Busy Week at Maypole!

It's been a fantastic week filled with plenty of activities and laughter. From learning about healthy eating and enjoying relaxing meditation sessions, to keeping active with keep-fit exercises there has been something for everyone.

We have also enjoyed shopping trips, a lovely visit to the nature reserve, and spending time together through music and social activities.

On Saturday, we held a wonderful awareness and fundraising event at work with Lynn.

We were thrilled to raise over £400 for this important cause. It was fantastic to see family, friends, and colleagues come together, enjoy a lovely coffee morning, and show such incredible support.

Raising awareness of MND is so important, helping to shine a light on the challenges faced by those living with the disease and their loved ones. Every conversation, donation, and show of support makes a difference.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and helped make the event such a success. Your kindness and generosity are truly appreciated. 💙
