With Angela I learned how to dive into the deep world of ta**ra which starts from the knowledge and love of your own body to arrive to the capacity of handle your emotions using only your breath, to all the movements connected to unlock your sexuality and your 7 chackras. I do remember one of my favorite teaching was about the Tibetan ta**ra yoga movement, each of them used to give a specific benefit to your body and especially to your energy, from the very first till the external aura. It was crazy the way I felt after. Honestly with her teachings I learned , most of all, how to love my body, even with my imperfections, how to become more a woman, how to manage my feminine side bringing it into balance with my masculine side. She “simply” taught me how to be ME. And I m forever grateful to her.
