It truly was the perfect evening to honour the stillness of winter, to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and receive the ancient wisdom of the Goddess and the sacred stones. Sharing this space with such a beautiful group of women was deeply special, and I hope you are continuing to feel nourished, grounded and supported by the experience.

Tonight I have the honour of holding space for a beautiful circle of women as we gather online for our Winter Goddess Circle.

Winter invites us to slow down, release what no longer serves, and honour the sacred pause before new life begins. There is profound magic in stillness, and tonight we gather to receive it together.

This has been an especially meaningful journey with the Goddess for me, as my Scottish ancestors once lived on the sacred lands of the Cailleach. Walking this path has felt like reconnecting with something ancient within my own soul, a remembrance woven through the stones, mountains, and wisdom of my ancestral lineage.

Together, we will journey into the ancient wisdom of the Cailleach, a primordial Goddess, the wise crone, the Queen of winter, the mountains, and the sacred stones. I will be sharing channelled messages from the Calleiach and providing intuitive messages and a guided Goddess meditation and sharing the Celtic mythology story of the Calleiach. Can't wait.

To every woman joining me this evening, thank you for saying yes to yourself. It is a privilege to witness your journey and to hold this sacred space for you.

When life doesn't make sense, trust that there is a greater plan unfolding for you. Every experience and every challenge is leading you exactly where your soul is meant to be. Your role is to trust your path, honour your soul's growth, and surrender to the natural flow of life.

When we release the need to force, fear, or control, we create space for miracles, divine timing, and unexpected blessings to unfold.

I'd love to share some of the messages I have received over the years that help remind me to trust in the Universe when I'm feeling stuck or when things aren't going right. We all experience these moments. They invite us to shift our mindset, deepen our trust in the path ahead, and see our circumstances through a different lens.

These are a few messages Spirit has given to me over the years to help :

~ Turn your worry into prayer. Worry is wasted energy.

~You hold the power to rise above unnecessary drama and protect your precious life force and energy. Not everything deserves your time, attention or reaction. Fly like a bird above the dark clouds.

~ Take a moment, slow down. Reset. Breathe in Divine Love. Breathe out Divine Peace.

~ Embrace change with an open heart. Be flexible, adaptable, curious and willing to flow with life's unfolding.

~ Put your faith into action. Trust that the greater intelligence of the Universe is guiding your every step. The Universe is always working in your favour, even when you cannot yet see the bigger picture.

~ Kindness, compassion and understanding, for yourself and for others goes along way.

~ Cultivate self-awareness. We are on Earth school. Journey within, be brave and look into the mirror at yourself. Be open to learning, relearning and owning your soul lessons. Then lovingly release old beliefs, patterns and fears that no longer serve your highest good.

~ Welcome transformation. Allow the shifts taking place within you to become the foundation of your next chapter.
