During , Dr. Jedrzejewski, had the opportunity to present as part of the Gender Health SF Provider Learning Lunch Series.

Her session focused on gender-affirming body contouring, including surgical options, techniques, expected outcomes and patient counseling to help individuals prepare for surgery and recovery.

(FFS) is highly individualized, with each procedure tailored to a patient’s unique anatomy and goals.
This patient underwent multiple procedures as part of her , including feminizing rhinoplasty and orbital contouring with Dr. Mittermiller.

Before surgery, she had visible asymmetries along the nasal dorsum, including a dorsal hump and deviation, as well as prominent orbital rims. During surgery, Dr. Mittermiller reduced the dorsal hump, straightened and smoothed the nasal dorsum, and reduced the projection of the orbital rims.

These photos were taken just two months after surgery, meaning healing is still ongoing and her results will continue to evolve.

Pride doesn’t end when June does. 🏳️‍🌈

We take pride in our work, our community and the opportunity to share our experiences with the next generation.

Dr. Pang recently spoke with Mayo Clinic medical students in the LGBTQ+ elective and Plastic Surgery Interest Group, as well as pre-med students, sharing his work and personal journey.

Over the past several years, Dr. Pang has also spoken with students and community groups at WVU, University of California, Irvine, Stanford University, UCSF and Mount Sinai among others.

Our work extends beyond the , and we’re proud to help educate, mentor and inspire the next generation.

Exciting moment from BTS Stockholm 2026!

Dr. Jedrzejewski recently joined leaders in aesthetic medicine at the Beauty through Science Congress in Stockholm, one of the most respected international gatherings in the field, bringing together over 1,000 colleagues from nearly 50 countries.

A special highlight was connecting with Dr. Per Hedén, founder of the BTS Congress, and Dr. Brad Calobrace, co-director of the conference and Medical Director of the Motiva Post-Approval Study–a study for which Align is proud to serve as a research site.

We are committed to staying at the forefront of evidence-based advances in breast surgery and regenerative techniques so our patients benefit from the latest science-backed innovations in the field.
