Why pediatric urgent care should be your first stop for illness and injury
Unfortunately, kids get sick or hurt at all hours and days of the week. I became a pediatrician, mostly, because kids are fun and generally they get better quickly. However, it can be very hard sometimes to tell the difference between a serious illness or injury and a not so serious one.
I opened a pediatric urgent care so that when your child is hurt, sick, or scared, you can load them up and come in. Call ahead or schedule online if you want, but you don’t have to. We will evaluate them with care and compassion and fix the problem if we can or get them to the people that will.
We can do almost everything an Emergency Room can do for much less cost, and faster. ER’s are great for certain things, but thankfully most of the time, it’s not totally necessary to be there.
We take most insurances and have very reasonable out of pocket costs for those times when your insurance company doesn’t accept us in their networks. If you’re worried about your child, can’t get in to your doctor, or maybe it’s just more convenient to pop over without an appointment, we welcome you to come see why our patients love us. We are here and ready to help.
