I am an intuitive healer, Reiki Master, psychic medium, personal development coach, counsellor, and cognitive behavioural therapist. I am also a qualified AAMET Level 2 EFT Practitioner and a certified meditation teacher. My work focuses on supporting people through fears, worries, emotional challenges, and periods of change. I help clients feel more settled, confident, and connected to themselves

by using approaches that suit their needs. I am now based at The Wellness Room in Crickhowell, where I draw on Reiki, spiritual and sound healing, CBT and counselling, personal development coaching, mediumship, and tarot to support holistic wellbeing in mind, body, and spirit.
