🌲 Little Learning from Up North
This camper has tested my and my husband’s patience.
There are days it feels like we've gotten nowhere...until we stop and remember where we started.
Last spring we found mouse damage.
Water damage.
Rot.
The camper was stripped down to its bones.
Outside and foundational work was done before winter.
Today?
The walls are back.
The ceiling is in.
The windows are installed.
Electrical is completed.
There are still wires, plumbing, painting and appliances waiting to be connected—but that's because we're working on what supports everything underneath.
Our bodies work the same way.
Sometimes healing doesn't look exciting.
You may not notice dramatic changes overnight because your body is busy restoring the systems beneath the surface.
That's why I encourage clients to look back occasionally.
✨ Are you sleeping a little better?
✨ Is your energy improving?
✨ Are your headaches less frequent?
✨ Is your digestion calmer?
✨ Are you recovering faster?
Those small wins matter.
They remind us that healing isn't always about reaching the finish line...
It's about continuing to move in the right direction.
And once your body begins feeling better?
The conversation shifts from simply getting rid of symptoms...
to building the health that lets you enjoy life for years to come.
"Sometimes we have to get out of the symptom-based model. We help the body heal first...then we build longevity."
💙 Sometimes the best way forward is remembering just how far you've already come.

Have a wonderful week!
