When dealing with CSD, it's best not to consume foods that are high in sugar. However, if you're craving a sweet treat, why not make a citrusy, CSD-friendly frozen yogurt! Be sure to discuss any changes to your diet with your doctor.

MANGO LIME FROZEN YOGURT RECIPE

Ingredients
2 cups of frozen mango
1 Tbsp of honey
1/2 cup of nonfat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice
1 tsp of fresh lime zest

Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Blend for about 3 minutes or until smooth.
3. Scrape the sides of the bowl and blend for 2 more minutes.
4. Transfer mixture into an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
5. Store in freezer for up to 1 month.

XERMELO is a prescription pill, used along with somatostatin analog (SSA) therapy, for carcinoid syndrome diarrhea in adults who are not adequately controlled by SSA therapy.

Important Safety Information

• Do not take XERMELO if you have a history of hypersensitivity to telotristat or any of the ingredients in XERMELO.
• XERMELO may cause constipation which can be serious. You should stop taking XERMELO if severe constipation or severe, persistent, or worsening abdominal pain develops. Talk to your doctor if you have these symptoms.
• The most common side effects of XERMELO include nausea, headache, increase in liver enzymes, depression, flatulence, decreased appetite, swelling of your hands and feet, fever, abdominal pain, and constipation.
• Talk to your doctor about all medications you are taking as some may interact with XERMELO.
• XERMELO is not recommended if you have moderate or severe liver impairment.

Looking for a delicious and nutritious CSD-friendly recipe for your next pizza night? Try this one out and send this recipe to a fellow pizza lover!

ROASTED VEGETABLE WHITE PIZZA RECIPE

Ingredients
1 ¼ cup of self-rising flour
1 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
1 small zucchini (peeled and finely chopped)
1 small summer squash (peeled and finely chopped)
1 red bell pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)
8-10 fresh basil leaves (stems removed and finely chopped)
1/3 cup of nonfat ricotta cheese

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl to form a doughball.
3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour on a clean, flat surface to knead your dough.
4. Place the doughball on the surface and begin kneading with your hands.
5. If the dough sticks, sprinkle a teaspoon or more of flour on your hands.
6. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes.
7. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet until it is about ¼ inch thick.
8. Spread a thin layer of ricotta cheese over the dough.
9. Spread chopped vegetables and basil evenly over the layer of ricotta cheese.
10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust has puffed up and is slightly golden brown and vegetables are tender.
11. Remove pizza and allow to slightly cool before serving.
12. Slice pizza into 6 slices.
