Today I was honoured to provide a sound bath for staff members at Woughton Leisure Centre.
They do an amazing job and it was lovely to be able to treat them to some relaxation. For a few of them it was their first experience of a sound bath and its safe to say they absolutely loved it. 💝

As an energy healer and space holder sometimes I forget that I need space too. This afternoon has been about taking some time out from website building and business building for a a bit of restoration for me. My body has told me loud and clear and it would be wrong for me to ignore it. So this afternoon I did a meditation, knocked a mile off of my 30 miles in september for Dementia and started a new crochet project. Its been an afternoon of busy but nice self care busy 💓
