We offer home-based and community-based occupational therapy services to individuals aged 0-21 years.

We focus on personalized goals and essential skills for daily living and development. We also incorporate animal-assisted therapy when appropriate.

🚲 Everybody deserves the opportunity to ride CO!

🌟We are excited to announce our First Annual Everybody Rides Colorado, a free adaptive bike event where children and individuals with disabilities, special needs, or mobility challenges can test-drive adaptive bikes and receive a personalized fitting. We are thrilled to be partnering with Freedom Concepts, who will help participants explore adaptive bike options and receive a personalized fitting, and Children’s Hospital Colorado’s Safe Kids Colorado program, who will be donating helmets for participants! 💙

Sherri brings years of pediatric experience, including a strong background in adaptive equipment, feeding, and supporting children in their natural environments. She especially enjoys community-based and home-based therapy, helping kids build skills where they matter most!🏠

Sherri has already been such a great fit at Elevate, and the kids have loved getting to work with her. We’re so happy to have her on our team and are excited for our families to get to know her!💙

🌟 Little Movers OT Group is coming this July!

This play-based summer group is designed for ages 3–5 and will support sensory regulation, motor skills, social participation, confidence, and independence.

Open to both current clients and new families!
