Getting so close to finishing up Beta testing of my 8-week Perimenopause Wellness Program. Clients have experienced less cravings, more energy, less afternoon fatigue, improved sleep, better digestion, fewer migraines, improved mood, less night sweats and some weight loss. So very happy for all of these ladies. It takes so much courage and strength to make lifestyle changes and these ladies are rocking it!

I've started growing my own broccoli sprouts as a fun activity with one of my Perimenopause Group Programs because they might just be one of the most underrated superfoods out there and it's so cheap and easy to do at home.

They are packed with a compound called sulforaphane which has been linked to:

• supporting detoxification
• reducing inflammation
• protecting cells + supporting healthy aging
• hormone balance support
• blood sugar regulation
• brain + gut health
...and these tiny sprouts have way more sulforaphane than mature broccoli.

Honestly… it’s ridiculously easy. A mason jar, some water, rinse a couple times a day and a few days later, you have fresh crunchy sprouts ready for salads, sandwiches, smoothies and so much more.

Anyone else growing sprouts right now? Or thinking about trying it? I'd be happy to make you up a little starter kit.

Most of us are told “just do your kegels" to support your pelvic floor.
But no one tells you when you actually need them and why.

If you have:
- leaking when you cough, sneeze or workout
- pressure or heaviness “down there”
- a core that feels weak even if you train
- trouble fully emptying bladder
- low back/hip issues that won’t go away

Pelvic floor health is a big piece of strength, stability, and confidence, especially as we age. BUT it's not just about strengthening our muscles, we need to learn how to relax them as well.

I’ll be honest… consistency has often been my struggle. I incorporated kegels into my workouts, but often forget to do them, then I would just randomly do them throughout the day when I remembered.

So I’m testing out Perifit Care+ to make it easier (and actually stay consistent).

If this has been sitting on your “I should probably deal with this…” list, same. Stay tuned and I'll share how it goes.

I love my clients!!!! As part of my 8-week perimenopause and menopause wellness programs, we focus on building awareness around how lifestyle choices can impact our symptoms like fatigue, low mood, bloating, heavy periods and so much more. It's about learning how our body's respond to small, consistent changes in our nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management & more.

I am also much happier when fed + watered!
