Autumn- The season of clarity, transformation and grounding.
Governed by the metal element in Chinese Medicine, like the trees shedding their leaves, this season brings forth the shedding of all which has been collected mentally, physically and spiritually that no longer serves yew. This season specifically affects the Lungs and Large Intestine organs that are responsible for inhaling fresh air and exhaling waste, and processing the emotions of grief and various depths of vulnerability.
This 2 hour journey is designed to guide yew deeper within the mind of breath so that yew can greater appreciate and access the lungs and Large Intestines via circular breathing. if yew resonate with my breathing into the didge, gently breathe with me via the Cup of Love. While breathing, feel how the chakras begin to align! This subtle breath work is a powerful cardio respiratory -pulmonary practice that teaches one how to channel and guide air throughout the body. This profound principle of guiding breath work is also used in TaiJi Quan Qi Gong, Yoga, Swimming, playing various wind instruments and etc.
The collection of instruments used for this session have been forged by nature and/or handcrafted with the intention of them resonating at a frequency of 432Hz which is said to be the frequency that harmonizes with the earth, water and the human body.
Instruments Include: Atlantis and Agazarian Gong, Didgeridoo, Medicine Drum, cymbals, chimes, thunder drum, background binaural soundscapes and other exotic instruments.

Welcome to this exotic sound journey traveling deep within the rich mystical tones and sounds of the Yidaki, otherwise known as the Didgeridoo.
The Yidaki is native to the land of Australia and is said to be the oldest wind instrument on the planet. Known for its deep resonating drones, it is easy to see and hear how the instrument has been used in healing circles, rituals and ceremonies for thousands of years by all variations of mystical healers including Shamon’s, Medicine Men, Instrumentalists, Farmers and so on. Some have suggested that when played properly, the didgeridoo opens up portals into the spirit realm. The traditional Didge is typically made of eucalyptus wood and blood wood that was eaten out/through by termites. As an elemental instrumental (wood, earth, water air), including the spirit and sound of the trees age and echoing low transmitting frequencies of sound of the termites forever resonating through the instrument, it is quite feasible to acknowledge just how sacred and spiritual the didgeridoo truly is!
This 2 hour journey is designed to catapult yew into an inward spiritual adventure where self meets self and other spiritual guides one might call angels, on a multitude of levels
within the fringes of this soundscape.
Accompanying instruments will include the Atlantis Gong, Agazarian Chao, D note crystal bowl, crystal pyramids, rain stick, thunder drum medicine drum and prerecorded binaural rhythms and back ground sounds.

While being distracted by several other projects, Eye misread the schedule for our QiGong Workshop Series at JPYC.
We are scheduled to meet each Saturday until the end of August (August 30th)! Yes, Definitely an overview on my part! Please forgive me 🙏🏿
That being said, we have much more time to grow so Come on out and experience and express yewr cultivation and transmission of Qi Workshop Series, Fo Ch'an 8 Seasons QiGong. Thus far, we have had some powerful experiences playing within the warmth of the sun and the down pour of raindrops. Though the weather would change, the cultivation remained the same, Pure, Deep,Focused, Internal, Peaceful, Challenging, Medicinal, Spiritual, Nurturing, Nourishing, Yew Breathing Life and Self Love into Yew within the essence of this profound meditation! ❤️

It's been a minute since playing here at the church!
Knowing that eye am not religious yet Deeply Spiritually Rooted, EUCC (Eden United Church of Christ) Allows me into space to explore and create what eye reference as a Sound Chamber Journey's For Soul. Because they let me to connect into the house speakers with the didgeridoo, The walls become filled with the resonation of my breath, mind, heart, lungs, throat chakra and soul! Once yew really go in, THE ACOUSTICS ARE RIDICULOUS!!! Those who just happen to be waiting outside while eye played can easily attest to the foundation of the hall and building speaking to them! Now come on in, this mic check is complete!
