Prairie Rehabilitation has multiple locations in Sioux Falls, SD and additional locations in SE South Dakota and SW Minnesota. We provide Physical therapy, Speech therapy and Occupational therapy services. Founded in 1995, Prairie Rehabilitation's first location was in Worthington, MN. Prairie Rehabilitation started as a partnership between Physical Therapy Associates, a physical therapy private

practice founded in 1990, and Sioux Falls Center for Hand Therapy, a clinic specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation founded in 1991. Our practice has grown with additional locations and services being added throughout the years, yet our commitment to Strive for Excellence in Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness has remained.
