I invite you to join me for
A Sound Bath Immersion guided by resonant sound, vibration and the frequencies that they carry, gracefully weaving through the body with depth, layer by layer, softening what the moon is already drawing to the surface, reminding us that we too can return to wholeness.

A space to exhale, receive and be ‘Held In Sound’.

Please pre-register to allow the space to be energetically prepared for your arrival. Everyone is welcome.

Part 2: I love how the power of sound becomes visible in water, since we are predominantly water, these gentle vibrations can shift stagnant energy within us and within our biofield.

These are my observations in my own practice:

✨ My mind becomes quieter within minutes

✨ Tension I didn’t know I was holding releases

✨ My whole body softens

✨ I sleep deeper, especially on the days I practice. 😊

Ancient traditions knew it. Yay to Science which is now catching up. 🫶👏

The body feels. The mind follows. 💧🌀

Part 1: When sound meets water. Science can meet our soul.

Cymatics is the study of visible sound, where frequency travels through water creating intricate, mandala-like geometric patterns.
This is what you are seeing here.

Our bodies are roughly 60-70% water, So when a Tibetan singing bowl vibrates, it’s not only beautiful to watch and to feel it just may be doing something profound inside us:
💧 Calming the nervous system
💧Shifting brainwaves toward deep relaxation
💧Reducing cortisol - the stress hormone.

Whether you experience this as science, deep relaxation or pure wonder, there is something undeniable about watching sound reshape the world around it.

Our May 2026 ‘Journey in Sound’ has come to a close…
Five mystical days!!

Welcoming each morning in our Sacred Space, held in the stillness of sunrise and flowing into the warmth of Golden Hour.

There was a gentle shift to these mornings… space for introspection, self-awareness, to arrive into the day more fully and to simply be.

We shared intimate moments of laughter, tears and conversation, as experiences unfolded in their own rhythm.

Thank you for your openness and grace… for your humour and the moments we came to share together.�

‘Journey in Sound’ Bali.
Before it all begins, I am warmly welcomed into a Balinese Blessing.

A Canang Sari offering, placed with quiet devotion… my instruments honoured and I received alongside them.

A subtle shift of energy, a sense of being warmly welcomed.

I feel such deep appreciation for the rituals of this land and all that holds this work in place.
Thank you 🙏

Sometimes things just happen - completely unplanned.

Today I had a visitor to my home and he wandered into my treatment space, immediately drawn to all the tuning forks on display.

We got talking and he opened up about a recent breakup and the stress he had been carrying and almost in passing mentioned a nagging pain in his right elbow.

Before he left, I offered to play some tuning forks for him.
I applied a 128hz tuning fork around several points on his elbow, then laid a Lemurian crystal on the area and continued with the tuning fork on top, extending and deepening the vibration into the tissue.

Oh, you should have seen his smile. 😊

He felt the release travel all the way down his arm to his fingertips.
“My arm feels so much lighter,” he said.

This is one of the beautiful effects from sound vibrations and crystal working together.

The body responds to the frequency it needs.

This is why I love what I do. 🤎🫶

Earlier this year, I was invited to facilitate a Sound Healing for the Human Resources Dept. team building workshop with 62 participants, guiding frequencies to improve focus, deeper connection and opening space for new insights.
I had a 15 minute window to set-up the room as the hosts had kept this element of the programme a surprise...and it was well received.

If your workplace is exploring wellbeing initiatives, my offerings invite your team to immerse in sound, reconnect with their natural rhythm and return to their work environment with renewed energy, clarity and focus.

Thank you to Catholic Healthcare for including me in your team-building day. It was a really fun, therapeutic afternoon. 🙏 🫶
