Innovation in health care isn’t just about what’s next. It’s about finding better ways to care for people today.

We recently launched Thriving Forward as a new way to highlight how HealthPartners is putting ideas into action to improve health, make care and coverage simpler and more affordable, and create a better experience for patients and members.

In volume one, you’ll find stories about innovations making a measurable difference – from a mental health rapid access model that has helped more than 18,000 patients get timely support, to new approaches to care that are helping people avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency department.

You’ll also see how we’re using technology and data in new ways, expanding access to genetic testing, making it easier for members to navigate their health care, and working toward a healthier, more sustainable future.

These are ideas built around a simple question: How can we make health care work better for the people and communities we serve?

Explore volume one of Thriving Forward and see how HealthPartners is turning that question into action: https://bit.ly/4kbFRGP

There are just a couple of days left to register for the Little Moments Count 2026 Annual Conference, a morning of inspiration and practical ideas to help every child thrive.

The first 1,000 days are a critical period of brain development that can shape lifelong health, learning and well-being. HealthPartners supports Little Moments Count because simple, everyday interactions can help build a stronger foundation for children, families and communities.

The Little Moments Count 2026 Annual Conference offers practical ways to put that commitment into action. Join us Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 9 to 11 a.m. to hear Arielle Handevidt, M.A., share how relationships and everyday moments can support healthy early brain development.

It was a night of hockey, hope and community.

Regions Hospital was proud to join Minnesota Wild fans for Hockey Fights Cancer Night as the presenting sponsor. It’s our honor to help shine a light on people affected by cancer, their families and the amazing care teams who are helping along the way.

The emotional night was highlighted by fans who held handwritten signs in honor of the person or people they were fighting cancer for.

The evening was also a great opportunity for our HealthPartners Institute team to talk to fans about the Connect for Cancer Prevention Study, a nationwide effort to better understand what causes cancer and how to prevent it.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their stories and especially to those who signed up for the study.

You can learn more about the study at cancer.gov/connectstudy.
