For over 25 years, I’ve worked with the body as a Registered Massage Therapist.
I never expected that one day I would become so passionate about the face.
What drew me in wasn’t just about beauty or anti-aging. It was the remarkable connection between the face, the nervous system, and the way stress and life experiences are held in the body.
I began noticing how much tension people carried in their jaws, scalp, forehead, and neck. When those areas softened, their breathing often deepened, their shoulders relaxed, and they felt lighter.
As I continued my education, I became increasingly interested in techniques that could support both relaxation and overall well-being. At the same time, I was fascinated by the natural rejuvenation that often followed. Supporting healthy circulation, lymphatic flow, and tissue health could leave people looking more refreshed, but the aesthetic changes were often a beautiful side effect of helping the body relax and function more optimally.
Over the years, I studied craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, fascia, sculptural techniques, and the subtle art of therapeutic touch. Eventually, these pieces came together into an approach that blends these modalities to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Today, this work is some of the most meaningful work I do.
Not only because it changes faces.
Because it helps people reconnect with themselves.
Have you ever had a face massage before? 🤍
