Reiki is a healing technique where Universal Life Force Energy is shared through hands-on treatment. It helps remove energetic blocks within the mind, body and spirit promoting wellness and harmony within and throughout your life. Crystal Healing combines Reiki with crystals to clear and balance your chakras. Chakras are main energy centers from the base of the spine to the crown of the head that are connected to every organ, gland and body system. Using crystals' healing properties along the chakras enhances and strengthens the unlocking of the energy centers for you to then be able to reach your healthiest, highest self. Aimee’s practice in the teaching and healing arts began in Chicago as an English teacher and then as a school and community counselor after receiving her Master’s Degree in Human Services and Counseling. Upon moving to Los Angeles, she expanded her experiences by becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with Harijiwan and Tej from Golden Bridge as well as Guru Singh, Gurudhan and Kia Miller from Yoga West. UPCOMING WORKSHOP W/ AIMEE

This Saturday, November 5 at 1p PDT, Aimee will be leading the Circle members through an Ancestral Lineage Clearing.

This healing guided meditation connects you to a specific ancestor whose choice unknowingly created limiting genetic patterns and behaviors in the lineage that do not serve you, your practice and your highest good.

We will assist this ancestor in rewriting their story to make a difference for generations to come. In shifting their actions of the past, it changes your outcome today and for future descendants.

The session begins by discussing intentions before you journey to find your ancestor. After understanding their life circumstances in which their decision created a pattern that does not serve their descendants, you will be guided to ask them if they’d like to choose differently.

Upon arriving at the Choice Point, your ancestor will have an opportunity to live a parallel life where they rewrite the pattern and create a new energy that quantum shifts the lineage.

The session concludes with a releasing exercise and tools are shared in order to apply real life remedies for 30 days after the clearing. Doing so will create a new neural pathway of change should situations arise where old patterns try to surface.

The ancestors look forward to assisting us with clearing ways of being that do not serve your highest good for it not only serves the lineage but also the greater good.

I am a forever student, teacher and deep work healer. For the past 20 years, it has been my life’s work to be of service to humanity through education, counseling and wellness. I am a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault.

The modalities I am sharing with you supported my healing as well. I am a mother. When I became pregnant with my first child, I attracted clients who were also survivors seeking to reconnect with and heal their inner child just as I was discovering the generational healing that was surfacing from the life within my womb.

Thereafter, 2 babies and The Immersion were born. I am a believer that your healing is my healing. That a teacher is a student first. That there is a reason you and I are connecting.

The Immersion is a 6 Week Live Online Intensive Healing.

We’ll begin with a Group New Moon Opening Ceremony on 10/25 to set intentions, call in support + prepare the altared space within + in your home.

Every week, you’ll receive 1:1 Somatic Therapy sessions + every other week an Ancestral Lineage Clearing, Past Life Regression or Reiki Healing.

Throughout the 6 weeks, you will be practicing personal meditations + remedies to create new neural pathways to train your brain + solidify your transmutation. You’ll also receive resources + support in a private group.

IN REAL LIFE GIVEAWAY

I have been questioning lately if what I do matters. It then dawned on me why I felt like I was at a crossroads and what made me feel like a change was needed. Although I am beyond grateful for this virtual landscape where I have been able to be of service to people everywhere: across the States, Canada, South Africa, Bermuda, Italy, it is a limiting experiential container. I am missing the connection that can really only be fully experienced in person.

Thus why I am so excited to share that I will be offering an in-person Past Life Regression workshop at Unplug on 8/26 (link in bio to save your spot) as well as offering 1:1 sessions on Saturday 8/27 in LA (dm me to book). If anyone knows of a space I can work out of I would greatly appreciate any recommendations. I am also offering in -person sessions in Vegas, so if you’re in town or live in the area, please note that I now can be of service. Another desire is to get rooted and connect to the community where I live, so please recommend studios and wellness centers to experience as well as share my offerings if you know any.

To further ignite the light of this realization, I am offering a free in person Somatic Therapy or ALTARED SPACE Healing session in LA on Saturday 8/27 and anytime in Vegas. We’re approaching the tail end of Cancer Season meaning things are about to get fiery! In the last few days of Cancer Season, feel all of the feels, connect to your inner waters, let them flow and rest before things get spicy.

Leo Season comes in hot encouraging us to own our inner truths, live boldly and courageously and not to take life too seriously. For the next month, have fun, don’t be afraid to take up space and let Leo guide you towards a heart opened place of life. Leo Season is connected to the Strength card in tarot which asks us, what would life look like with an unguarded heart? Let that question guide you forward next month.

Today’s Full Moon in Capricorn may shed light on areas of your life related to success, career, systems, discipline, social status and gaining wisdom. This is a great time to look at your definition of success and redefine it into something that supports you, pushes you forward + is not directly tied to material gain. Reflect on the things in which you feel are no longer supporting you and take some time today to let them go.

Full Moons always remind us that although it may be difficult to let go of something, whether it is a belief or something tangible, we will always gain from creating space from something that no longer serves us.

Take a few moments to reflect on these themes, journal prompts + moodboard and take note of anything that comes up. Use this as information to give you insight into how you can best work with this moon.

I learned about Louise Hay and her book You Can Heal Your Life in the beginning of my Reiki journey 11 years ago. It helped me realize that what I’m experiencing physically has an emotional source, that when I’m sending Reiki to a physical ailment, the emotions connected to it need love and attention as well. Now when I have a cough, a belly ache or even as specific as an ache in my pinky finger, I reach for this book tend to the emotional source as much as the physical.

After my 1st Reiki Attunement, which focuses on physical, material and external healing, I had bronchitis for nearly 2 months. It wasn’t until my teacher asked me what is emotionally associated with my lungs and chest and what have I been needing to get off my chest that I realized it had much to do with self-expression. So every time I coughed and spit out phlegm it represented the times I knew what I wanted but didn’t say it, when I didn’t say no, when I didn’t voice my truth. Shortly thereafter the bronchitis left me after also taking herbal and allopathic medicines. Now every time I have an illness in my lungs I ask myself the same questions and support the release of the communicative blocks and verbalize it. This is integrative, wholistic, multidimensional healing. What affects me physically, also affects me emotionally and mentally.

GUN REFORM NOW
I grew up in the North Shore suburbs of Chicago and have family and friends who live there, including Highland Park. As soon as my sister who lives in a neighboring suburb texted me what happened I immediately called my best friend who lives in HP. She answered without saying hi, just, “We’re safe.” She knew exactly why I was calling. I started bawling with relief. She was getting her kids in the car to go to the parade when a friend called her to not go. After getting off the phone, I started to pray for everyone’s safety, peace to the those who were killed or wounded, love to their families, clarity to the shooter to turn himself in and to realize he didn’t have to do this, courage for the government to finally listen and reform gun laws.

I prayed, processed, read and researched. Now it’s time to take action.

Prayer is not what will make the change, but it’s the beginning of possible change. To pray for change means change is wanted. The only way for change to happen is to act on that want.

There is a link in my bio to learn ways you can take action for gun reform and another to support Highland Park and the families grieving the loss of their loved ones. Accounts to follow with ways to take action are also tagged in the photo. “When you’re feeling helpless, help someone.” Now is the time. Take action, speak up, keep praying.

And yet, amid all of this tragedy, there is still so much joy. Please don’t let fear keep you from living. The past 4 weeks my babies and I celebrated our Solar Returns surrounded by loved ones. I refuse to sacrifice connection because of control-based fear. So please, keep sharing the fullness of your lives, the highs and lows and everything in between while also taking action for your and your children's rights to live and love without fear of getting shot.
