Hey guys I’m back from maternity leave and the next community beach session will be on Sunday 07/06/26 @ 11am** ☺️
She’s looking like a B E A U T I F U L day ☀️ No need to register, just show up!
All are welcome, the Mordialloc community and beyond.
Come solo or bring a friend.
It is a safe space to connect and release with like-minded individuals in and around the community.
Please bring a towel to sit on and an open-mind.
If it’s a chilly morning please rug up! If it’s wet, we will retreat to the “Peter Scullin Reserve Rotunda”.

We had some brave souls breathing through the rain today. Such a beautiful reminder of life itself. Perseverance, presence, and finding calm even in the storm. To the new faces, thank you for joining it was lovely to meet you. And to our regulars, welcome back. Rain, hail, or shine, your commitment inspires me every time. These breathwork journeys are always so unique, so special, and I’m deeply grateful for your openness, vulnerability, and willingness to connect with yourselves and with each other 🫶🏻

This evening we held our Breath & Reset event. ✨ I’m so beyond grateful more than anything to have shared this special space with so many likeminded people who want to continually work on themselves, do better, be better, heal from their traumas, pain and despite their life circumstances, just BE. You are the strongest humans and it was my pleasure to guide you through your own healing tonight! 🩵🩵🩵
