Here is spinal exercise.
This exercise helped me a lot from Cervical hernia.
My neck disc is came out and it touched my spinal cord since that I had so much pain and numbness. But now I’m ok because of this exercise.

Happy new year for all of my clients ✨

Last year was a smooth one thanks to your word-of-mouth and recommendations💕

Personally, I had some hectic times with asthma, a cervical hernia, pregnancy, and a miscarriage, but thanks to the warm support of the people around me and personal rehabilitation exercises, I was able to recover quickly and stay healthy💪✨
I’m determined to always bounce back stronger after any difficult experience✌️

I’m looking forward to living my life healthily and authentically in 2026.

I just got home from a surf trip.
I'm spending a relaxing day at home today.
Thanks to a friend, I was able to read a book today. ❤️
Actually, another friend lent me that book too. 💡
I'm truly blessed with the people I have. 🥹💕It's true, the more I feel down, the more people around me are always there to help me out. 🥲❤️
Thanks to them, I hope that when I bounce back, I'll be stronger than ever. 💪 I hope. 🤭
