June is Men’s Mental Health Month 💙

Mental health matters for men, too.

Too often, men are taught to suffer in silence, hide their emotions, or carry life’s burdens alone. Strength is not pretending everything is okay—strength is acknowledging when you need support and having the courage to seek it.

This month, let’s encourage open conversations, break the stigma, and remind the men in our lives that their feelings, struggles, and well-being matter.

✨ Theme: “Anchored in Worth: A Father’s Day Fellowship” ✨

This meaningful gathering will create space for connection, healing, brotherhood, and celebration within the community.

🔹 Part 1: Open Dialogue & Conversation Amongst Black Men
An intentional space for honest conversations, shared experiences, encouragement, and community support.

🔹 Part 2: Father’s Day Fellowship
A time of fellowship, connection, food, and honoring fathers and father figures for their strength, presence, and impact.
