✅ We’re taking applications for our Perinatal Pilates Specialist program!
We’re raising our tuition next month, so we’re giving you a chance to get in BEFORE that happens.
(We’re raising tuition because our hosting platform raised our fee WITHOUT any other options! I didn’t like that. SO, I wanted to give teachers the option to invest in their education at the current rate, BEFORE the cost of tuition is raised.)

➡️ ‘Diastasis Recti’ MEANS separation of the re**us abdominus. BUT, it’s not ACCURATE.

✅ What’s important is HOW clients are perceiving the definition. To say the abs are separated is not really an accurate description. A widening and thinning of the linea alba IS an accurate description. It’s a normal part of pregnancy, and takes time postpartum to heal.

➡️ Make sure you’re explaining DRa WITHOUT unnecessary fear!

➡️ For a better understanding of the ANATOMY of Diastasis Recti, and WHY the proper definition is ‘a widening and thinning of the linea alba’
