Long before modern medicine, there were the Wise Women keepers of herbal knowledge, seasonal traditions, and the quiet wisdom found in nature.
They understood the rhythms of the earth, honoured the changing seasons, and found meaning in the simple rituals of everyday life.
Join me for an afternoon of discovery and exploration of the traditions of the Wise Woman. Reconnect with the timeless wisdom of the natural world.
Together we'll celebrate the seasons, awaken our intuition, and create meaningful practices you can bring into your own life.

Our journey begins with a guided meditation, gently leading us to the edge of light and shadow.
From this space of quiet presence, you will be immersed in a restorative sound healing journey featuring the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, and pan drum, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to soften into deep relaxation.
Relax in our zero-gravity chairs, designed to cradle your body and encourage profound relaxation.
While you are immersed in the meditation and healing sounds, each participant will receive a gentle Reiki clearing and a nurturing hand massage designed to awaken and balance the hand chakras.

I just heard on my drive in today a heartfelt rendition of one man’s escape from the towers on that day. I cried all the way here, still trying to hold back the tears.

His story spoke so deeply to me—the astounding bravery, the fear, the courage, and the sheer human will to survive.
But what ultimately ripped my heart open—yes, it felt like a deep, painful opening, but in the most loving way—was hearing him say that he felt guided out by a higher being.

And in that moment, I felt so much love pouring in.

You may wonder, Why would higher beings allow something like this to happen?

These are questions we may never be able to answer as humans.
We are born with free will, and every soul carries its own journey, its own purpose, its own mission.

But perhaps what matters most is the love that permeates the energy field today.

The reminder of our human interconnectedness.

What happens to one, happens to the whole.

Today, may we remember that we are all connected—regardless of gender, colour, beliefs, background, or circumstance.

May we remember that beneath all of our differences, we are human. We are souls sharing this extraordinary journey together.

And may we remember, especially today:

LOVE CONQUERS.

May love be stronger than fear.
May compassion be stronger than division.
May we never forget.
