Womb 2 Worthy Helping adult daughters grow their self-worth & heal their mother wounds through self-mothering

Transparent Thursday: I’m reclaiming my anger.

I learned the hard way that being “nice” kept me silent, but it didn’t keep me safe. It didn’t protect my peace. It didn’t honor my boundaries.

I was afraid of my own anger… so I contained it, restrained it, and suppressed it.

But suppression turned into resentment. And resentment turned into me abandoning myself.

Now I choose something different.
I speak up. I set boundaries. I allow myself to feel.

Because I’d rather risk losing people than lose myself.

If you’ve ever felt like being “nice” cost you your voice… this is your reminder that your anger is not the problem. It’s information.

That silence isn’t confusion, it’s avoidance.

Some mothers would rather create distance than take accountability, acknowledge your pain, or have the hard conversation.

And if nothing gets addressed, nothing gets repaired.

So you stopped reaching too.

Not out of spite,
but out of self-respect.

No contact isn’t punishment.
It’s choosing peace over self-abandonment. More on this in my next video.

Maybe you grew up hearing things from your mom like:
“Everybody ain’t your friend.”
“Women are jealous of you.”
“Don’t trust too many women.”

Or maybe you didn’t see your mom have healthy relationships with other women, so no one ever modeled what safe sisterhood could look like.

And slowly, without even realizing it, you started believing that deep sisterhood just wasn’t safe.

But what if that story isn’t the whole truth?

Inside Womb 2 Worthy, women are learning how to build something many of us were never taught how to have — healthy, emotionally intelligent sisterhood.

Not perfection.
Not pretending there will never be conflict.

But a space where disagreements are handled with respect, accountability, and love instead of silence, competition, or cutting each other off.

Through guided self-help groups, intensive healing work, and structured programming, we practice the skills that allow real sisterhood to exist:
• honest communication
• emotional regulation
• repair after conflict
• accountability with compassion

Because when women learn how to hold themselves and each other with care, sisterhood stops being an idea… and becomes a lived experience.

If you’re ready to rewrite the narrative that women can’t be trusted, the next Self-Mothering Intensive is opening soon.

Join the sisterhood.

Even though I teach self-mothering, I’m still human.

I still get triggered.
I still have to interrupt negative thoughts.
And I still practice the same tools I share with other women.

I’m not someone who has it all figured out.

I’m not “healed.”
I’m in recovery.

And being new on this platform has stretched me too. Sometimes comparison tries to creep in.

But self-mothering reminds me that it’s okay to be new.
It’s okay to fall forward.
It’s okay to find your voice as you go.

Because the mother wound doesn’t just show up in childhood — it shows up in how we doubt ourselves and question if we belong.

And when those moments come, I’m grateful for the quiet confirmation from the spirit within reminding me to keep going. If you’re learning to self-mother while still healing, comment SIR!
