📸 We scheduled professional headshots...
..and somehow ended up at JCPenney circa 1994. 😆

Our VPS Estrella providers came ready for updated photos, but when the cameras started clicking, the throwback energy took over. From classic studio poses to full-on mall photo session nostalgia, these ladies proved that great providers don't just take care of patients—they know how to have a little fun too.

Behind every exceptional provider is a personality, a sense of humor, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We think these photos captured all of that perfectly.

Which one is your favorite throwback pose? 👇

🤰 MYTH BUSTER MONDAY 🤰

"You’re carrying high—it must be a girl!"

"You’re carrying low—it must be a boy!"

We've all heard it. 😄

While it's a fun guess, the way you carry has nothing to do with your baby's gender. Your bump shape is influenced by things like your body type, muscle tone, baby's position, and whether you've been pregnant before.

So while friends, family, coworkers, and even complete strangers may have opinions, we'll stick with the ultrasound. 😉

Let's hear them!

When Google Becomes Your OB... 😅

Google:
"A hiccup at 28 weeks means your baby will be a concert pianist."

Also Google:
"Or maybe an astronaut."

Or:
"Have you considered that it's twins?"

Pregnancy comes with enough surprises without the internet sending you down a rabbit hole at 2:00 AM.

At Valley Perinatal, we're here to answer the questions that matter, explain the things that seem scary, and help you feel confident every step of the way.

Because sometimes the best pregnancy advice isn't found in a search bar—it's found in a conversation with your care team.

POV: You’re pregnant and suddenly every person on the internet is an expert. 😂

💬 “Sleep now while you can.”
💬 “Don’t eat that.”
💬 “You NEED this $1,200 stroller.”
💬 “Just wait until the third trimester.”
💬 “Boy pregnancies are easier.”
💬 “Girl pregnancies steal your beauty.”

Meanwhile your actual MFM team:
✨ Let’s focus on evidence-based care.
✨ Let’s monitor baby closely.
✨ Let’s keep YOU healthy too.
✨ Let’s answer your real questions without the TikTok panic spiral.

Pregnancy is already overwhelming enough. You deserve a care team that helps you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. 💜
