Healthcare is constantly evolving – and so should we.
One of the things I'm most proud of at EF Training & Consultancy is that all of our trainers are practising nurses who continue to work within healthcare settings.

We’ve recently updated our Safeguarding training at EF Training & Consultancy to make it more interactive, practical, and focused on real-life situations healthcare staff may face every day.

Our aim is to help staff feel more confident recognising concerns, responding appropriately, and understanding their responsibilities — not just listening to slides all day.

All training is delivered face-to-face by experienced nurses who still work within healthcare settings.

Because safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

Safeguarding training should never be just sitting and listening.

We’ve recently updated our Safeguarding training to make it more interactive, practical and relevant to real healthcare settings.

The session now includes discussion, scenarios and reflection to help staff recognise concerns, respond appropriately and feel more confident in raising safeguarding issues.

Last Thursday, we attended the Nursing 365 Conference – a great day spent connecting with healthcare professionals, sharing experiences, and keeping up to date with what’s happening across the sector.

At EF Training, we’re big believers that great training comes from real, current practice – which is why we make it a priority to attend events like this and stay continuously up to date.

It’s not just about delivering training… it’s about making sure what we teach reflects what’s really happening in healthcare today.
