75yr old patient - Results of Deep Sciton Erbium YAG resurfacing for mouth lines/wrinkles. This is all about understanding. Drs will put all kinds of filler under tge skin to try and inflate and flatten these lines. This is not wrinkles as people commonly understand. This is cobblestone elastosis. The only way to fix this is to laser the thickened elastotic skin of - Aggressive depth is required here. But once done and healed she is a completely natural version of herself. In the after photo we see results one month on. Natural with no filling just new skin with a normal regular dense collagen matrix and no elastosis. What a way to start Monday. I needed it! Thank you ST - thank you so much for this amazing cake. I have never had a cake with a picture of me circled by so many mini cupcakes - on a giant cake. Nothing Half-Assed about this job. I understand if there are other things to be addressed. But usually there a lot of people up and doen the street who can bang in fat or filler or do a face lift. Funnily enough there are not many people who can do my job with a laser. 75 Harley Street is where you will find Full Ablation and DrH. If it is as easy as pointing and shooting I am surprised why everybody does not produce results like this on a consistent basis. So don’t be fooled only DrH does full ablation in the UK - It is a fact. 500 cases minimum per year. I am open and honest. If your surgeon or dermatologist talks you out of full ablation on a regular basis is because no other surgeon or dematologist can do what I do. This is just a fact. This is why the best surgeons and dermatologists who are interested in the best outcomes for their patients send them to me. It is a shame that those with too much pride and ego do not refer. This is because that gets in the way of their patients getting the best outcome. Or they just want to sell cheap substandard treatment. You only get before and afters like this if you come to me. DrHConsult and fully ablative laser surgery - No competitors in the UK that is for sure. Maybe two or three in the world. If your surgeon does not show before and afters of their work the truth is that they don’t do the work. It is very unlikely that they are just humble. So don’t be mislead - ask for comprehensive information about experience, number of cases performed and before and afters. The slightest hesitance to display proof of work done and results - Then walk away. to hide

Here is a typical acne scar patient that has kindly agreed to let me film our conversation. I am very upset to hear about how fruitless her journey has been. What is more umpsetting is the misleading information that she has received from colleagues. Anyone who performs Taylor Liberator Subcision would not discourage a patient like this from having the ptocedure because of false reasons such as post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Patients are not stupid they understand when they are being told suspect information. Here once again we also see the failure of medics to understand that fully ablative laser can be performed on darker skin types. For how much longer will medical professionals mislead patients like this. For all doctors and dermatologists out there - If you do not perform a procedure that is effective for the patient - refer to somebody who does. Do not discourage them with misleading information and force them to make do with inadequate treatment.

Acne Scarring - Tired of being fobbed off with inappropriate diagnosis. Told by your dermatologist that there is nothing that can be done. Maybe you have had a whole bunch of treatments that have not amounted to much improvement. Maybe you need to come and see us.
