🔗 in Bio to listen! Ever wondered what kind of sauce really reveals your personality? Turns out, North Carolina’s sauce divide is more intense than your last breakup. 🍅 vs. vinegar — it’s basically a state war.
Drop a 🔥 if you’ve got a strong sauce opinion—this might be an almost national security issue.
I’m Team Vinegar all the way—tangy, bold, and perfect with pork. But give me tomato for beef, and I’m happy. White sauce? Yup, I’m into that too—depends on what I’m eating.
What’s your go-to sauce? Or are you one of those “I just like whatever’s on the table” folks? Comment below—let’s settle this condiment debate once and for all.

🔗 in Bio! Episode drops Thursday 4/30 @ 8am! jumps right into why he’s been all-in on autism awareness, charity work, and making kids’ lives better.

Landon isn’t just another NFL player. He’s a teammate and a genuine advocate for the autism community. He shares how his personal background—growing up with first responders and a family in healthcare—shaped his commitment to giving back.

From the Philadelphia Eagles Autism Challenge to behind-the-scenes moments with kids he’s met year after year, Landon reveals how these connections fuel his passion beyond the game.

We break down: the impact of small acts of kindness at charity events, why approachability is just as important as athletic prowess, and how building community through The Eagles Autism Foundation opens doors to meaningful relationships.

Landon shares his insights on how to show up authentically, the importance of involving kids in charity, and loving what you are doing.

Landon is an offensive lineman for the Philadelphia Eagles, known for his grit, kindness, and dedication to causes close to his heart. His story is a playbook for everyone who believes in action over words—and that showing up is the true victory. Whether you’re tackling DIY projects, managing your busy life, or just looking for that extra spark of purpose—this episode keeps it real, raw, and relentlessly inspiring.

🔗 in bio to listen! Did you know that understanding social perceptions can make or break a moment with someone on the spectrum?
Drop a 🔥 if you’ve ever had to adjust your vibe to connect better. Here’s a story: I was checking into a hotel late at night, and I could tell the guy working the desk was on the spectrum.
Instead of rushing him, I took a deep breath, gave him extra time, and kept my patience. It was a small way of showing respect that made a difference. This is why conversations like this matter—learning to see the world through different lenses helps us build real connections.
We gotta be willing to communicate differently and be open to understanding that what seems small to us might mean everything to someone else.Still learning, still growing.
What’s your go-to move when you encounter social misunderstandings? Drop your thoughts below and tag a dad who needs to hear this.
