🧠 Can omega-3s help aid concussion recovery?

It was one of the big questions from our recent webinar with Dr Michael Lewis, a physician who's spent years researching the role of omega-3 fatty acids in brain injury. So we wanted to share the science behind it. 🔬

Here's the thinking: DHA, one of the key omega-3 fatty acids, is actually the predominant structural building block of your brain. When the brain is injured, like in a concussion, it needs those same building blocks to repair and rebuild. 🧩

Emerging research suggests that an optimal supply of omega-3s may support the brain's natural recovery process by helping calm inflammation and protect brain cells.
