Come out and walk with us! When: Every Monday Night

Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Where: Northeast Regional Health and Fitness Center

Just bring yourself and your sneakers. We will have distance clickers there.

*This does NOT require a membership to the Health and Fitness Center*

Get ready for 2015 with one last group walk on Monday Dec 15th at Northeast Regional Medical Center's Health & Fitness Center across from Colton's Steakhouse. Then there will be no group walking again until 2015 with our big reunion planned for January 5, 2015 from 6-8 pm.

If you haven't registered for the 3rd Annual Heart & Sole Walk, it's not too late. Just come to the Spainhower Field (aka Kirksville High School football field) Saturday at 8am to register and begin walking at 9am.
For those who DID register before Oct 10, please come to NRMC's Health & Fitness Center 2814 S. Baltimore across from Colton's and the Super 8 THIS FRIDAY 10/24/14 from 4-7 pm to pick up your shirt and leave your collected donations.

Walking Club will not be held Monday October 6th. But still no reason to not walk....grab those tennis shoes and a friend and go walk in a new spot you've never been to before. Cya next week!

What a great night last night!!! Low attendance but POWERFUL! Great to see people who push themselves to the next level. Find a partner and put on yer sneakers and get out there for your heart health! You won't be disappointed!
