Sensory Inclusion Is Participation.
Inclusion isn’t only about opening the door.
It’s about creating an environment where people can actually stay, contribute, connect, and thrive.
For many people, it’s not the activity that becomes the barrier—it’s the sensory experience around it.
Bright lighting.
Constant noise.
Strong scents.
Busy spaces.
No opportunity to regulate or recover.
When environments overwhelm people, they quietly exclude them.
At Echoes of Ember™, we help individuals and organisations better understand sensory experience, reduce unnecessary sensory friction, and create spaces where more people can participate with confidence.
Because true inclusion begins with understanding how a space feels.

Do you ever sit in the car for a few minutes after arriving home?

Not because you don’t want to go inside.

But because, for a moment, the space is yours.
No questions. No demands. No noise you haven’t chosen.

Sometimes, the places we instinctively retreat to are telling us something about what helps us settle and recover.

The car. The shower. A quiet room. A walk outside.

Your patterns tell a story. Sensory mapping helps you understand it.

✨ What if one questionnaire could help you understand yourself a little better?

We spend so much time adapting to the world around us that we rarely stop to ask…

What actually helps me feel calm, focused and restored?

The Personal Sensory Mapping Experience™ is an online discovery that gently guides you through questions designed to uncover your unique sensory patterns.

🌿 What environments help you feel your best?
🌿 What tends to leave you feeling overwhelmed?
🌿 Which sounds, scents, textures or spaces help you reset?
🌿 What small changes could make everyday life feel easier?

From your responses, I create your personalised Sensory Profile™, using The Ember Method™ and SIENNA™ Insights, so you leave with practical recommendations that are tailored to you.

There are no right or wrong answers.

Just an opportunity to understand yourself in a way you may never have before.

Because when you understand your sensory needs, you can begin creating a life that works with your nervous system instead of constantly working against it. 🤍

✨ Have you ever noticed that certain places instantly make you feel calmer than others?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Real people. Real experiences.

When I created the Personal Sensory Mapping Experience™, I hoped it would help people understand themselves in a way they hadn’t before.

Reading these reviews reminds me why I started.

People have described feeling:
✨ Seen.
✨ Understood.
✨ Less overwhelmed.
✨ More aware of what their nervous system has been trying to tell them.

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing, which is why every sensory profile, SIENNA™ Insight, action plan and recommended Ember Wand™ blend is personalised to the individual.

If you’ve been wondering what the experience is actually like, have a swipe through these reviews. They say far more than I ever could.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their journey so far. ❤️

Scent: A Subtle Wellbeing Cue for Work

Research links natural scents to relaxation and lower stress. The 2026 AuraDesk study found scent works best as a gentle reminder to pause and reset — while highlighting the need for choice and consideration in shared spaces.

Why Ember Wand™ stands apart:
Unlike open diffusers, it keeps scent personal and controlled, so it fits easily into offices and co-working areas.

✅ Our positioning:
Not “scent fixes stress” — but a personal sensory anchor to help you pause, reset, and return to yourself.

Scent Safety & Choice Promise

We put respect and clarity first:
• Personal use only — scent stays with you, not the whole room
• Always opt-in — you choose when and how to use it
• No shared-space scenting without consent
• Formulated for sensitivities — full ingredient transparency
• No medical claims — described only as support for calm and focus
• Language that feels supportive, not prescriptive

What if understanding yourself was the first step? 🌿

Most of us are taught to push through overwhelm.

Very few of us are taught to understand why it happens.

The Personal Sensory Mapping Experience™ is an online guided discovery process designed to help you explore how your senses, environments and everyday experiences influence the way you feel.

Using The Ember Method™ and SIENNA™ Insights, your responses are carefully explored to create a personalised sensory profile unique to you.

Your journey includes:

✨ Booking your experience

✨ Completing your online discovery questionnaire

✨ Creation of your personalised sensory profile

✨ A detailed Personal Sensory Mapping Profile™

✨ A recommended blend from the Rhythm of Renewal Collection

✨ Your Ember Wand™ sensory anchor

✨ A personalised sensory action plan

✨ Practical next steps to help you create supportive everyday environments and routines.

This isn’t about changing who you are.

It’s about understanding what helps you feel more comfortable, focused and supported in your own rhythm.

If you’ve ever thought…

“Why do some places drain me while others help me breathe?”

…this experience was created for you.

Menopause changes so much… but one thing that’s often overlooked is our sense of smell.

Many women tell me that during perimenopause and menopause they feel overwhelmed more easily, struggle to switch off, experience brain fog, or simply don’t feel quite like themselves.

Whilst scent won’t change hormone levels, our sense of smell is directly connected to areas of the brain involved in memory, emotion, and stress.

That’s why I created the Ember Wand™.

It’s a simple sensory tool designed to help you create a small moment of pause whenever you need it. By pairing a familiar scent with slow breathing or a quiet moment, it can become a gentle reminder to stop, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

I’ve had people tell me they reach for it during moments of overwhelm, when they’re feeling emotionally drained, or when they need a few minutes to gather themselves before carrying on with their day.

It’s not about fixing menopause.

It’s about creating small, supportive sensory moments that help you navigate it with a little more ease.

I’d love to know…

Have you noticed that certain scents make you feel calmer, more energised, or bring back comforting memories? 🌿
