If I could gently correct a few SPF misconceptions, these would be at the top of my list.

Thankfully, they’re all easy habits to change—and your skin will thank you for it. ☀️🤍

Have a gorgeous and well earned weekend!

I am delighted to share my lovely patient Fiona’s beautiful before and after results.

Every treatment plan is carefully tailored to the individual, and Fiona’s results demonstrate the impact that a personalised approach can have in achieving natural, balanced outcomes.

I’ll be posting a reel soon that takes a closer look at Fiona’s treatment journey, including what she had done and the thinking behind her treatment plan.

Follow along for more details.

Save this for your next long-haul flight ✈️

A few of my in-flight essentials that didn’t make it into the photos:

• Clinisoothe® spray – a hypochlorous spray that’s gentle on the skin while helping to keep bacteria at bay, particularly useful when travelling.

• Ear plugs – because quality sleep is one of the best things you can do for your body (and your skin) while flying.

• Antibacterial wipes – for wiping down tray tables, armrests, screens and other high-touch surfaces.

• Travel-size deodorant or body spray – a simple way to feel refreshed before landing.

• Sleep spray and a large scarf – my favourite combination for creating a cosy sleep environment on board.

• Plenty of water – cabin air is incredibly dehydrating, so hydration is non-negotiable. Electrolytes sachets are super for an extra boost!

• A power bank, Kindle, noise-cancelling headphones and any other travel tech essentials.

And after all that, you definitely deserve some bubbles 🥂

The best treatment I’ve recommended this year?

It wasn’t always a treatment.

Sometimes it was a more thorough consultation.
Sometimes it was a long-term plan.
Sometimes it was taking a step back and reassessing.
And very often, it was sunscreen.

The best results rarely come from rushing into the next thing, like ticking off items from a list.

They come from understanding your skin, making thoughtful decisions, and staying consistent with the basics.

A little Sunday reminder 🤍

Safety isn’t the exciting part of aesthetic medicine, but it’s one of the most important.

Every treatment should begin with care, attention to detail and the highest standards of patient safety.

Because good results start long before the treatment itself.
