FALL SCHEDULE IS HERE

Here’s where you’ll find me this fall:

Tuesdays & Wednesdays
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Fridays

NEW CLIENTS:
I am currently not accepting new clients. I’ll be reassessing new-client availability on November 1st, so stay tuned for an update then.

I’m working on a new treatment space right here at home, and we’re aiming to have it ready for September 8th.

Last appointment for the next month!

I just opened an extra space for Tuesday August 4th, for a 60-min massage therapy treatment. After that you will be waiting until August 25th to get in, so grab it now before it's gone!

A few things to share…

➢There are only a couple of sports available for the end of this month+ August is filling fast!

➢Summer hours are as follows: Tues/Weds/Thurs 9-6, Fri 9-2:30

➢Only one Saturday slot left on Aug 29th at 9:00am (great slot for a 90-minute treatment!)

➢September’s schedule is planned to be: Tues/Weds 9-7 + Fri 9-2:30

➢Saturdays will continue to be once a month only

➢With how busy I have gotten, I’ve recommended my regulars start booking their next 2 appointments in advance to ensure they get the day/time that works best for them

➢My cancellation policy has changed to 48-hours notice. If you cancel after that you are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Credit cards are required on file to book. If you do not have a credit card, an e-transfer deposit for the full amount is required.

➢Manual Lymphatic Drainage training should be happening for me this September. If you want to get on the waitlist for this service just let me know and I will add you to my list!

Working from home has some challenges for sure.

Keeping the house clean, keeping the kids quiet ( it is summer vacation after all), and staying focused on WORK and not household tasks can all be some of the setbacks, BUT...

Nothing beats the commute, the calm energy I can insist upon, the comfort of being in your own space and the savings in overhead costs.

Plus those midday swims mean I don't miss out on summer with the kids for another year!

Grateful I have this space, and grateful for all of the clients who continue to support me & my business. ☺️

My calendar is filling consistently and I have just 3 spots left for you to book your massage therapy appointment this month:

June 25th 12:45 pm

Keep in mind that July is also heavily booked up until the 3rd week. If you want to make sure you're taking care of yourself- BOOK IN ADVANCE!

Direct billing is available to most major insurance providers, so using your benefits doesn’t have to be a whole thing.

Retirement is supposed to be the time where you finally get to enjoy things a little more.

Slow mornings, walks, hobbies, time with grandkids, maybe trying things like pickleball or tai chi... TRAVELLING!

But what I hear from a lot of people is
“I finally have the time, but I feel like I'm falling apart.”😩

Things that used to feel easy now leave you sore...

Hips feel stiff getting up...

Back takes longer to loosen...

You do something you enjoy and feel it for days after...

And it can start to feel like your body is just not keeping up, even when you’re trying to take care of yourself.

Most of the time, it’s not that your body is breaking down.
It’s asking for a different kind of support than it used to need.

Years of movement, habits, old injuries, and patterns build up
And now they show up as stiffness, soreness, or things not moving the way they used to.

This is something I work with every day...
Helping people move a little easier, recover better, and get back to doing the things they actually enjoy!

Because this stage of life shouldn’t be about holding back or missing out. It should feel good to live in your body.
