Carried by Love

If you caught my testimonial video the other day, you heard me say that I was “carried by love.”

Those weren’t just words I spoke—they became a song.

I wrote Carried By Love in the weeks following my heart attack as I tried to put words to something I still can’t fully explain. An ordinary day became a fight for my life. My daughter stayed strong. A state trooper stepped in without hesitation. Medical teams worked tirelessly. My mom, family members, friends, and even strangers prayed. I also felt the love of my dad, whom I’ve always called my angel, close to me. And through it all, I believe God carried me.

Carried By Love is my attempt to honor the heroes who refused to give up, the people who prayed, the love that surrounded me, and the God who gave me another chance.

I was gone. But I came back.

And now I know, more than ever, that I was carried by love. ❤️🙏🏼

Monday Morning Prayer 🙏🏼
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of a new day and a fresh week. As I step into this Monday, I surrender my plans, my worries, and my expectations to You.
Guide my thoughts, guard my heart, and direct my steps. Fill me with Your peace instead of anxiety, Your strength instead of weakness, and Your wisdom instead of doubt. Help me to trust You in the waiting and reflect Your love to everyone I meet.
May my life be a testimony of Your goodness and grace. Use me for Your glory today. 🙌🏼

I didn’t change the prayer. The prayer changed me. ✨

Today I’m sharing a song I wrote a few months ago. What I once repeated from memory, I now pray from experience.

On Father’s Day, I’m especially grateful for the fathers who reflect the love, strength, compassion, and faithfulness of our Heavenly Father. I also hold close the memory of my own dad today, who is forever loved and deeply missed. 🕊️

Happy Father’s Day to the dads who lead, protect, encourage, and point others toward God’s heart.

He is my Father. And He is Our Father. ❤️
