📣 We're Hiring: Prior Authorization Referral Coordinator 📣

Do you enjoy solving problems and helping patients navigate the healthcare system? Cabin Creek Health Systems is looking for a Prior Authorization Referral Coordinator to join our team.

In this position, you'll work closely with our medical and behavioral health providers to:
• Coordinate insurance prior authorizations for referrals
• Communicate with insurance companies and specialty providers
• Track referral requests and authorizations
• Help ensure patients receive timely access to the care they need

We're looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities while keeping patient care at the center of everything they do.

Preferred qualifications include:
✔ High school diploma
✔ Medical Assistant training preferred
✔ Two years of referral coordination experience, or two years as a Medical Assistant with referral experience

What you'll do: The selected candidate will manage billing for a group of our dental providers, post payments, monitor accounts receivable, and handle appeals with insurance payors. You'll also work directly with patients on balances and payment plans, and help connect people to financial assistance when they need it.
You're a great fit if you:
✔️ Know medical terminology and have a working understanding of anatomy and physiology

Are you passionate about helping people find their way through recovery? Cabin Creek Health Systems is looking for a compassionate, organized Care Navigator to join our Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Program (CARP), one of the most robust SUD treatment programs in the region.

What you'll do:
You'll be the connector between patients and their care team, between where someone is and where they want to be. Day-to-day, you'll be helping patients navigate appointments, community resources, and treatment plans, while supporting our clinical staff with documentation, drug-screening workflows, and care coordination.

You're a great fit if you:
✔️ Have experience in a clinical, case management, or community resource setting
✔️ Are highly organized and comfortable working in electronic health records
✔️ Bring empathy and flexibility to a fast-moving environment
✔️ Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
