Learning telepathy is like learning a new language. But it also requiress traing and exercise as much as required to become a professional athelete.
Telepathy works like radio communication. The mind works like both a reciever and a transmitter. All one has to learn is to tune his/her mind to other people's mind. To do that one has to learn to use the power of concentration. Communication through telepathy also is affected by the intensity of thoughts, one's ability to concentrate and the level of attachment between two people.
