Radiant Wholeness Helping deep-feeling women transform the emotions they’ve been told are ‘too much’ into the authentic love and connection they crave. They’ve done therapy.

I help high-functioning, deep-feeling women experience emotional freedom in their real lives — especially inside their relationships. Most of the women who find me are already self-aware. They understand their patterns. They can name their triggers. And yet, in the moments that matter most, they still react in ways that don’t feel aligned with who they want to be. The shutdown. The defensiveness.

The resentment that builds quietly. The arguments that don’t actually resolve anything. That’s not a lack of insight. It’s a nervous system pattern. My work helps you change how you respond in real time — so you can move through anger without hardening, access the vulnerable truth beneath reactivity, and express what you feel in ways that deepen connection instead of creating distance. Emotional freedom doesn’t mean being calm all the time. It means being able to feel fully, speak honestly, and stay rooted in yourself — especially when something matters. From that place, your marriage deepens. Your friendships become more reciprocal. Your parenting softens. And your own body begins to feel steady instead of braced. Private mentorship and intimate small-group containers available. Apply to work with me: caitlinmargaret.com

For a long time, I missed this version of us.

The playful version.

The flirty version.

The version where touching each other felt easy.

Where we could dance for no reason.

Where I felt like his woman, not just his partner in managing life.

And I thought the way back was to talk about it more.

So I explained what I needed.

I told him I missed us.

I tried to get the words exactly right.

But underneath my words, I was carrying so much hurt.

So even when I said, “I miss you,” what he often felt was, “You’re failing me.”

And then we were not reaching for each other.

We were defending ourselves.

What changed was not that I stopped wanting romance.

I wanted it deeply.

But I stopped reaching for it from the part of me that felt starved, resentful, and afraid.

I learned how to come back to love in my own body first.

To feel the hurt without letting it speak for me.

To feel the longing without making it his fault.

To feel my desire without hiding it behind criticism.

And from there, everything changed.

The way I looked at him.
The way I asked.
The way I received.
The way I let myself become playful again.

Because when desire comes from love, it feels like an invitation.

Not a complaint.
Not a test.
Not another conversation he has to survive.

An invitation.
To touch.
To come closer.
To remember:
We are not just partners managing a life.
We are lovers.

And that part of us was not gone.

It was buried under all the years I had been trying to be understood.

If you miss feeling cherished, pursued, and alive in your relationship, this is the work we do inside The Cherished Woman Experience.

I used to think that if I chose the right words, my partner would finally understand what I needed.

But even when I spoke carefully, conversations about connection could leave us feeling further apart.

Then I learned to ask myself:
Is what I’m bringing into this moment feeding the field of love, or diminishing it?

Not: “Am I allowed to be upset?”
Not: “Are my needs valid?”

They are.

The question is whether I’m speaking from the love underneath my frustration, or asking my partner to find that love beneath my tension, criticism and disappointment.

Sometimes what I really want to say is not:
“You’re always on your phone.”

It’s:
“I miss you. Can we have ten minutes together?”

This does not mean silencing yourself, excusing avoidance, or taking responsibility for how your partner responds.

It simply means noticing what you are creating between you with the energy you bring.

Before your next difficult conversation, pause.

Feel your body.
Feel the love beneath the complaint.
Then speak from there.

What might change if you entered the conversation from love, instead of waiting for the conversation to give you love?

When we feel truly cherished, something in us unclenches.

The energy that was spent bracing, proving, managing, and protecting becomes available for living.

We become more present. More generous. More playful. More ourselves.

Not because we’ve been fixed.

Because we’ve finally been met with love.
