• Grande ouverture du coeur
• Renforce les muscles du dos
• Étire toute la chaîne frontale du corps
• Améliore la mobilité de la colonne vertébrale
• Stimule la digestion (massage des organes abdominaux)

J’ai eu le privilège d’honorer la lignée des Maîtres du Yoga et Reiki en chantant la Gayatri Mantra avec Shanti Ma (mon shruti box) avant de recevoir mon diplôme en tant que Practicienne Reiki Usui Niveau 2 ✨🙏🏼✨

La Gayatri Mantra, connue pour être la Mère des Mantras, est une invocation à la Source de la Lumière Divine pour illuminer l’intellect / le mental supérieur (buddhi) afin que le juste chemin de la Vérité se révèle 🪷

I had the blessing to honor both the lineages of Yogic and Reiki Masters by chanting and offering the Gayatri Mantra with Shanti Ma (my shruti box) before receiving my certification as a Reiki Usui Practitioner Level 2 🙏🏼✨🪽

The Gayatri Mantra, known to be the Mother of Mantras, is an invocation to the Source of Divine Light to illuminate buddhi, the intellect/ higher mind so that the right path of Truth appears 🪷

Infinite gratitude to Laura for accompanying and supporting me on this beautiful journey and her inspiring devotion to Reiki 🤍

J’ai pensé fort à vous durant ces quelques mois de pause avec les Cercles de Kirtan, plusieurs d’entre vous ont déjà exprimé leur joie à ce que ça recommence 🫶

J’aimerais officiellement vous présenter Prema et Satya pour réouvrir l’espace de partage sur cette page 🪷

Prema, qui veut dire l’Amour Divin en sanskrit, est mon allié harmonium qui est toujours présent durant les Cercles de Kirtan ✨
Prema avec ses vibrations d’ancrage et d’élévation, m’inspire à offrir ma voix au service du Divin🙏🏼

Et Satya, qui veut dire Pure Vérité en sanskrit, est mon ange gardien qui est aussi toujours présente parmi nous durant les Cercles en Esprit, dans l’invisible 💫

You were in my thoughts and heart during those last months of pause with the Circles of Kirtan, many of you have already expressed their joy for the sacred circles to happen again 🫶

I would love to officially introduce you all to Prema and Satya to reopen the space of sharing on this page 🪷

Prema, is a Sanskrit word meaning Divine Love, is my harmonium and ally who is always present with us during the Circles of Kirtan ✨
Prema with her anchoring and elevating vibrations, always inspires me to offer my voice to be of service to the Divine 🙏🏼

Satya, meaning Truth in Sanskrit, is my guardian angel who is also always present during the sacred circles in Spirit, in the subtler invisible worlds 💫
Satya energetically supports me in maintaining the space, where we gather, sacred and pure 🙏🏼

I am so happy to let you know that the Circles of Kirtan will happen again this summer 🥰☀️
I will also share more details very soon about other experiences I have to offer for the wellbeing of all 🌟
