Je viens tout juste de terminer une autre incroyable saison hivernale/printanière de Pound au gym, et quelle belle aventure ce fut! 💥
Un immense merci à tous ceux et celles qui ont été présents semaine après semaine. Nous avons bâti une communauté tellement dynamique, bienveillante et énergique, et je suis profondément reconnaissante d’en faire partie. 🫶💚
Il y a quelques années, j’ai aussi lancé le défi Je Rock, qui permet aux participants-es de remporter des prix mettant en vedette ma marque de vêtements artistiques, Hirondella Artwear. C’est tellement agréable de voir de plus en plus d’entre vous porter mes leggings en cours et les assumer avec confiance!

Just wrapped up another amazing winter/spring Pound season at the gym, and what a blast it was! 💥
