When society attempts to cut off a girl's wings 🕊️ before she can even dream of flying, before she can even believe that she can reach heights, Aria stands as a shield, as a saviour who tries to save those little girls from such a horrendous reality. She is a Bangladeshi-American entrepreneur 💼, activist, and founder of the Mai Soli Foundation 🌍, dedicated to empowering girls and combating child marriage. Mai Soli, a foundation that works towards battling child marriages, has prevented over 500 child marriages in many areas of Bangladesh 🇧🇩. When Aria was 12, she almost had to face the same reality herself, but her mom fought for her. She knew what it meant, what the future meant for Aria. Her mom was the shero 🌟 that saved her. And now Aria stands tall and strong, to save more children who are hopeless, like she once felt. We take pride in saying we have someone like Aria ✨

Kashfia Arfa, a beacon of hope. Someone who dared to dream, battling the norms of our society. She is Bangladesh’s first female racer to compete in an international FIA motorsport event. This feat is very important given the situation of our society, this feat does not only act as an individual achievement, but it shines as a light of hope for all women who is scared to dream in our country. Kashfia's journey is a proof that determination can break barriers, can overcome obstacles. She showed that it is possible to rise above hate, rise above discrimination, and fly beyond, if not driven (pun intended).
Here’s to celebrating Kashfia Arfa, not only for her victories on the racecourse, but for the confidence and hope she sparks in countless women who now dare to dream bigger. 🚀💖
